Submitted contracted stuff, but am down with viral infection (whee, fever), coinciding with uterus/hormones-related monthly nonsense. So, not looking at the edits at the moment - so far being gentle to self. I often find it ironic that for people who like to spout "self-care is important", they throw it out of the window when they want something. :P
But... self-care it is.
