Updates: Merry (Belated) Christmas!

Merry (Belated) Christmas/Yule! Looks like I haven't updated for a while.

Dong Zhi/Winter Solstice was lovely, spent with family making jiao zi (dumplings). Christmas was also good, but I was in some pain (thanks, period) and didn't enjoy it as much as I should. Then I fell sick with the ick that has been going around the family, thanks to brother-in-law. So now I am doped up on antibiotics and painkillers.

But otherwise, ok. Will be packing for a short trip later. A good way to end the year and the decade.

Happy Yule!

And Merry Christmas to those who celebrate.

For me, it's the Winter Solstice!

Updates!

Winter Solstice is this Saturday. For us Chinese, we call it Dong Zhi. The festival is celebrated with family gatherings and the eating of glutinous rice balls called tang yuan to symbolize family reunion.

I have updates!

1. For The Rider Trilogy readers and fans, Chaser will be out by early half of 2014.

2. Phoenix With A Purpose will be released second half of 2014.

3. Help me boost What Follows, an anthology of fantasy stories about – well – Gods and Powers facing issues like the apocalypse. I am one of the writers… so please talk it up, boost it in your circles. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

A few more days before Yule

Path of Kindness, chapter 6 is up and running.

Have a good Yule and Winter Solstice

I am doing last-minute shopping tomorrow. Daiso is a good idea.

It has been a tumultuous week for Singaporeans. The subway system apparently broke down and caused massive disruption. Likewise (for the world), Kim Jong II passed away as well as Vaclav Havel.

Change can be terrifying.
