Of course I've only ever been a student so what do I know? I do know that there's politics like woah in there (not like other schools don't have any...). Always wondered how they called in people when their teachers take leave. Do they expect their temps to just sit around and do nothing waiting by the phone or what?
They are. A lot of folks - people I know in the private sector - hate working with them, because they are clueless when it comes to time. Of course, they are good with their own internal business. But with others - they are disorganized and they don't even know that they are.
There is a pool of relief or adjunct (trained) teachers on hand. I think they expect their temps to appear on cue, like magic. :P
Being an ex-teacher, I have seen how they treat people. Business-like, extremely professional. Ditto about the politics there.
