I have always wanted to make my own sun-dried tomatoes. Apparently, you can use your oven as a dryer. So, here it is:

I use my microwave to dehydrate stuff I want to ferment, too.

Olive oil. :)

It was fun. I foresee making more of these in the future.

they look very wet for sundried though! how do you do it? :D

Oven-baked them for one hour or more(depending on your oven). Then, soaked them in olive oil. :)
