Third week at work - and already two days of medical leave. This place takes a literal toll on the body. Mixed feelings about the school and how it works - think of it as ESL and on top of that, trying to get them to pass the GCE O-Levels Examinations in about 5 months. Tall order, isn't it?

I am tired. I feel as if I need a break from everything.

OK, that's cramming. O.O;
The native speakers take five years to build up to that exam, and even then some fail...

It's cramming... and I hate it. Over here, the kids take about 4-5 years (roughly the same time) to build up to the O-Levels. And they expect us to prepare ESL kids within 5 months?

Ugh.
